In the beginning there was Chaos, lazy, shapeless and changeable. Dissatisfied with the nothingness that surrounded him, he decided to take shape in the five elements, dividing his primordial essence into fragments of self-conscious existence. Four of them took on a physical and tangible form, while the fifth, Spirit, rose incorporeal above them, ethereal, unattainable. Since then Fire, Air, Water and Earth have challenged each other in the creation of new worlds through the intervention of their most incredible and astonishing physical manifestations.

They smooth the earth by sweeping it with unstoppable cyclones, pour water to animate lakes, rivers and seas and instill the precious seed of life where before there was only rock and lava. Now yet another duel has begun, contested between the elusive progeny of Water and Air and the unstoppable one of Fire and Earth. Once again a new world is about to be born...

Akros is an asymmetric game for two players that sees them take on the role of two titanic creatures during the genesis of a new world. Using your elemental minions you will have the opportunity to shape the landscape of a small new world at your pleasure to gain control of the various territories. At the end of the game, each player adds the value of the territories controlled by their minions to determine the dominion over the various environments and the one who has obtained it on the majority of the three different types of environments, will be able to claim the credit for the creation.
