Hive - The Mosquito

This expansion consists of two new pieces, one for each player, called "Mosquito". Pieces can be added to each player's supply before starting to play. The abilities of the new piece change during the course of the game depending on which other pieces they touch in the game.

In Hive, two aggressive groups of insects fight each other by writhing, moving and swarming against each other in an attempt to imprison the opposing queen bee: ants move nimbly throughout the deployment, grasshoppers jump from one side to the other, spiders crawl along the edges while heavy beetles climb over the other insects.
